The RFID is the use of an tag applied to or incorporated into a product, like a card for the purpose of identification and tracking using radio waves. Some tags can be read from feet away and beyond the line of sight of the reader.
Most RFID tags including at least two parts. One is an integrated circuit for storing and processing information, and the second is an antenna for receiving and transmitting the signal.
RFID/proximity smart card provide a convenient and secure way for individual members, or group of members, to access member restricted facilities/areas without the need for manual check-in. Facilities/areas such as can be parked lots, clubs, spas, pools, tennis courts, ski chair lifts etc.
